UK Delivery
We offer fast, reliable delivery across the United Kingdom. All orders are dispatched from our UK-based facility.

Same-Day Dispatch
Orders placed before 2pm (Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays) are dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 2pm or on weekends will be dispatched on the next working day.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can also track your order at any time by logging into your account on our website.
Packaging
All orders are sent in plain, unbranded packaging with no external indication of the contents. The return address on the label will display our company registration name only. Products are securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.
International Delivery
We currently ship to selected European countries. International delivery times vary by destination:

Please note that international orders may be subject to local customs duties, taxes, or import fees. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our shipping costs.
Delivery Issues
If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us. We will investigate with the courier and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the damaged item and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
Undeliverable Parcels
If a parcel is returned to us as undeliverable (incorrect address, uncollected from depot, refused delivery), we will contact you to arrange redelivery. An additional shipping charge may apply for redelivery.
